What is a Letter of Authority?

A letter of authority is a form which allows you to give your advisor permission to contact your pension provider directly. 

For example if your advisor is reviewing your pension they will use this form to request updated pension details from your provider directly. 

How long will it take to complete?

It takes about 30 seconds to complete online. You need to complete your name, contact details and a signature.

Once complete a copy will be sent to both you and your advisor

What happens after I submit the form?

Your advisor will call you to confirm they have received the form and that they are sending it to your pension provider.

Your advisor will be able to answer any questions you have over the phone.

If you would like to meet your advisor in person simply let them know. You can schedule a meeting in the office, your home, or a local coffee shop.
